1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, except for custom-made or personalized artworks (see Section 4).

2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the artwork is in its original condition, without any damage, scratches, or signs of hanging.

The product must be carefully repackaged in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Once the return is validated, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method used during purchase.
3. Damaged Artwork Upon Delivery
If your painting arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will then offer you:

Or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
4. Custom Orders
All custom-made or personalized artworks (e.g., portraits, name-based art, made-to-order designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or the product received does not match the order.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Damage caused by improper handling, hanging, or display,

Return request made after the 14-day legal period (unless otherwise agreed),
